Overjoyed with the service

I've recently purchased my home in Boca Raton fl. about a few months ago and i must say I'm overjoyed with the service that Jeff Daly provided for me. I arrived from Illinois to Boca Raton for only a week and he used every day to my advantage, giving me a tour of the neighborhood first, then showing the homes i was interested in and even a few that i wasn't so that i may compare. Jeff gave me all the details of each home and was very honest about all of them by telling me the pros and cons of each house and its surrounding area, something i haven't seen many agent do. Before i left he made sure i picked the perfect house and was absolutely satisfied. He was there at the closing when i couldn't be and was at my amazing new home to hand the keys to my daughter when she arrived with the moving tuck. All in all, my experience did not feel like i was just having an agent sell me a house, but of a good friend trying to make sure i found my perfect home.

Nothing short of spectacular

Jeff was proactive from the first day I listed to the last. He was my presence as I was 1500 miles away. He was on top of everything from the listing and showings to the negotiations with prospects. He handled cleaning the unit, getting rid of furniture and dealing with inspections. Everything was done with urgency as I was on a time deadline. Being so far away I could have been really in deep trouble if it weren’t for Jeff acting promptly and judiciously on my behalf. He was nothing short of spectacular.
